Move . Awaken . Transform
Welcome to Ohso Yoga, an online yoga sanctuary created to support and sustain your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness during this time of uncertainty and your day-to-day life.
Although we may be experiencing the effects of widespread instability, how we show up to this moment matters most. When we are anxious or fatigued it is easy to forget our interconnection and the roles we have in creating a peace-filled society.
Improved physical health, balanced emotional wellness, and inspired spiritual retreat is the recipe for sustainable wholeness. Practicing holistic self-care, which includes tending to the body, mind, and soul, helps us remain grounded, resourced, and guided by an awareness that the strength, clarity, and comfort we seek is always within.
Ohso Yoga isn’t just about yoga on the mat, it’s about unity, connection, community and personal growth. Your soul will feel nourished, revived and confident, ready to take on whatever life throws your way,
Stacey Bareham will host a live yoga class each month.
PRE RECORDED YOGA FLOWS
Each week you’ll get one new yoga flow. You’ll also have access to the full archive of over 100 practices since the Ohso Yoga membership began. Included in this is the 31-day yoga ohsoYoganuary challenge, should you wish to dive deep into your daily practice.
Every month, you’ll have one new guided meditation to help to explore your emotions deeper or to just relax and reset. Meditation can help to improve both brain and body function, so it’s an important part of what we do at Ohso Yoga.
The Facebook community is a space for you to share your love of yoga with other like-minded members and it’s also a place of support. We all hold space for members to be open and honest about any struggles or achievements, knowing that this is just as important as the yoga itself.
