Although we may be experiencing the effects of widespread instability, how we show up to this moment matters most. When we are anxious or fatigued it is easy to forget our interconnection and the roles we have in creating a peace-filled society.

Improved physical health, balanced emotional wellness, and inspired spiritual retreat is the recipe for sustainable wholeness. Practicing holistic self-care, which includes tending to the body, mind, and soul, helps us remain grounded, resourced, and guided by an awareness that the strength, clarity, and comfort we seek is always within.

Every month, you’ll have one new guided meditation to help to explore your emotions deeper or to just relax and reset. Meditation can help to improve both brain and body function, so it’s an important part of what we do at Ohso Yoga.



The Facebook community is a space for you to share your love of yoga with other like-minded members and it’s also a place of support. We all hold space for members to be open and honest about any struggles or achievements, knowing that this is just as important as the yoga itself.
